About the role

In the role of estimator with us, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting cost estimates for our projects. You play a central part in our bidding processes and collaborate closely with project managers, purchasing, and suppliers to ensure quality and competitive offers. The position is located at our office in Farsta.

• Prepare estimates and cost bases for plumbing installations

• Analyze request for proposal documents, drawings, and technical descriptions.

• Perform quantity and price calculations according to current standards.

• Provide quotes and support in bidding processes.

• Collaborate with project managers and purchasing before project start and during project execution.

We are looking for someone with

• Experience as a plumbing estimator, HVAC engineer, or a similar role within pipe contracting.

• Good knowledge of heating and sanitation contracting forms (AB04, ABT06, AMA VVS & Cooling).

• Familiarity with reading drawings and request for proposal documents

• Experience with Sektionsdata or Tenwin

Meritorious:

• Technical education in HVAC, installation, or energy.

• Knowledge of BIM and 3D models

• Experience in comparing and evaluating subcontractor offers.

• Experience from contracting projects (Industry, commercial properties, renovation projects).

Other requirements:

• Driver's license B

• Good knowledge of Swedish both spoken and written.
